In-person interviewing event in downtown Toronto

Hello Teachers,

We are delighted to be hosting an in-person interviewing event in downtown Toronto on the weekend of February 21–22.
We will be joined by three Executive Headteachers who will be interviewing in-person interviewing event. Over 40 schools will be represented, with candidates being shortlisted on the day.

🗓 Saturday, February 21 – Interviews available between 10:00am–6:00pm
🗓 Sunday, February 22 – Interviews available between 10:00am–6:00pm
🕛 Presentations & Information Sessions: 12:00pm–2:00pm each day

This event is a fantastic opportunity to explore overseas teaching opportunities, meet the Aurelia team, and connect with like-minded educators. We welcome attendees at all stages of interest — from the simply curious to those ready to make the move.

Upcoming Employer Visits at Heritage Place

 Hello Education students,

A quick reminder about two upcoming employer visits at Heritage Place focused on future employment opportunities in education.

Tomorrow (Wednesday), 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Toronto District School Board will be on site to meet with students and discuss pathways into teaching and education-related roles.

Thursday, 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
York Region District School Board will also be at Heritage Place, available to speak with students about future employment opportunities.

Both visits are informal and open-format—come by with questions, learn about hiring timelines, and start building early connections.

 YOU’RE OFFICIALLY INVITED TO INTERVIEW WITH UK PRINCIPALS FLYING TO CANADA IN APRIL 2026

  • Executive Principal, Richard Booth, and our Teach in team are coming to Canada in April to conduct face-to-face and remote interviews with Canadian teachers to hire for September 2026. The Watford Partnership, a group of 22 state, faith, and independent schools, who wish to hire a group of strong new graduate Canadian elementary, Jr/Intermediate and Secondary teachers on 1-year contracts in their schools across Hertfordshire.
  • We are also working with other trusts in the region, and in other locations in England),  that are also interested in hiring Canadians this September. This includes the ASCAT catholic school Trust
  • Secure your spot early and interview with top-tier schools within an hour of London in leafy Hertfordshire. We understand April is busy, so alternate times/ date can be negotiated for strong candidates.

A Graduation Photo Session has been planned at Heritage Place from March 2nd to 6th.

Currently, only March 2nd to 4th are available to book at Heritage Place. Once the three available days have been filled, the Photographer will open the rest of the dates (March 5th and 6th) for bookings.
