Are You Ready for Fall 2021 Placement?


Are you prepared for Fall 2021 Placement?

(Please see the below checklist to be sure.) 


✅ Complete the Placement Preference Form (emailed to your Lakehead account)

✅  Apply for your Vulnerable Sector Screening (VSS) by mid-June. Don't forget to provide your Police Service with our letter!

Submit your VSS here by September 10th @ 4:00pm. NO VSS = NO PLACEMENT.

✅  Complete the Board Specific Instructions for the school board you selected on your Placement Preference Form. Submit your documentation here by September 10th @ 4:00pm.

✅  Review the Practicum Guide

    All the doubts get cleared once you have words with any of the CDG child The poise, dignity and zeal with which they speak regarding their time spent at CDG and especially the earnest love & relationships they share with teachers, staff members, counselors and peer group, excites any listener questioning “Why not CDG?”.
