Hillsdale's PRO Grant Project: Fit Family Fridays

Hillsdale's PRO Grant Project: Fit Family Fridays - We are providing families with easy fitness activities that will be completed on each family's property on Fridays. This will be our way to build a sense of community during a time that we cannot gather together (we will all be doing the same activity at the same time).

How would B.Ed. students participate?

B.Ed. students would provide easy to follow directions for a physical game/activity &/or a video explaining the game/activity keeping in mind that family sizes are different (some may only have 2 people participating and others may have 8). B.Ed. students could use an activity they may have planned for movement breaks in class or something for a physical education class that they would teach in the future.

If interested in this initiative or have any questions, please contact Laura Crawford-Awrey at crawfo2@lakeheadu.ca
