Availability of PD Workshops (through Professional Development in Education Dept) - Offered in Fall Term 2016

Good Day B.Ed Professional Program Students,

We are happy to announce that in partnership with our Professional Development in Education department, we are offering a number of workshops for our B.Ed students this year.  These workshops are of cost to you and are a great addition to your Professional Development Portfolio, as you make the transition from B.Ed student to a new teacher seeking employment.

PD workshops like these, appear on your final transcript as a non-credit course. Full attendance to each scheduled session is required to earn a "pass" in a course.

We have done our best to schedule these workshops outside of the majority of our B.Ed classes, so that as many of you can take advantage of these opportunities as might wish to.

Please Note:
We will be offering Tribes, Math Skills Development (continuation) and Coaching Workshops  etc in our Winter Term as well. We will publish the specific details at a later date.

The Fall Term workshops being offered are:  (see attached posters for complete details)
